When you join Canopy Strings, you aren't just taking lessons; you're entering a partnership dedicated to your musical growth. Have you ever wondered why clear expectations lead to better practice? It's because focus requires consistency.
1. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. However, to respect our instructors' time, we require 24-hour notice for any session changes. Cancellations within less than 24 hours will be billed at the full rate. Don't let a busy week stop your progress; we always strive to accommodate makeup sessions within the same month when possible.
2. Payment & Lesson Packages
All lesson packages are prepaid. This commitment helps us secure your preferred time slot in New York. We offer tiered pricing for beginner mastery and advanced soloing techniques. Note that all packages expire exactly 6 months from the date of purchase. We don't do refunds, but credits are fully transferable to friends or family members who want to start their own journey.
